1. How can I place an order on your website?

Placing an order is easy. Just follow these steps:

  • Select the items you want and add them to your cart.

  • When you’re ready to checkout, click the cart icon at the top right and select “Checkout”.

  • Enter your shipping and payment information.

  • Confirm your order — you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.


2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order is confirmed, we process it quickly to ensure fast delivery.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact us immediately at infos.elayamode@gmail.com or via our customer service chat.
If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to assist you.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and a link by email from the carrier.
You’ll be able to track your package in real time.


4. Which countries do you ship to?

We primarily ship to the United States and select other countries.
If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, just reach out — we’ll respond quickly.

You can also check available delivery options during the checkout process.
